The Titan 5 is a Self-Indexing Conveyor unit is rated for 5 gpm.

1. Water to be cleaned enters a triple mix chamber.
2. The RSA powder is dispensed automatically for contaminant removal to the first mix chamber.
3. After separation the water cascades onto the self-indexing filter bed where the filter cloth separates out and indexes the solids into a bin for disposal.
4. The clean water passes through the cloth and into a collection tank where it is stored for re-use or discharged.

The Titan Series fluid and solids management systems are automated flow through designs and are rated in gallons per minute, gpm.

• These systems are designed to minimize the use of valuable floor space required as opposed to conventional wastewater treatment systems.
• They are fully automated and require little operator involvement to provide good clean water for re-cycling or discharge.
• All Moonstone systems use a specially formulated RSA (Reactive Separating Agent) to remove contaminants from waste streams such as suspended solids, emulsified oils and dissolved metals and encapsulate these contaminants in a non-hazardous solid for easy disposal.
• These systems are recommended for larger sized shops that might produce between 5 - 100gpm of wastewater to be cleaned.
• The Moonstone Neptune systems use a self-indexing filter bed for solids removal which indexes the solids into a bin for disposal.
