Fabricated from 304 stainless with 316 stainless available for low pH applications. Some units are painted at the client's request. Generally supplied to small shops the produce only small amounts of wash water to be cleaned.

1. 300 gallons of water to be cleaned is collected in the mix tank.
2. The mixers are turned on and the RSA powder is added.
3. Mix for only 2-3 minutes until separation occurs.
4. The mix tank contents are then pumped onto a self-indexing filter be where the filter cloth collects the non-hazardous solids.
5. Clean water passes through the cloth into a collection tank for storage for re-use or discharge.
