Who do I call to empty the tank?
Check with your State Environmental Department they may require a permit or a license for the transportation of waste /used oil. They should be able to provide a list of licensed transporters.

Do we need a permit to store waste/used oil
You should always check with local authorities that may have juristriction over the collection of waste/used oil. It is a good idea to start with the local Fire Marshal/Inspector

Can the tank be placed on the ground?
No! The tank must be placed on a level
non-porous,non-flamable surface.We recommand a concrete pad. Please contact H.O.D., Inc for a detail drawing.

Can the tank be installed inside a building?
You must check with the local fire marshal/inspector before storing any petroleum product inside a building. Should permission be granted, the waste/used oil storage tank must be vented to the outside.

Are other colors available?
Yes we can provide the tank in other colors. We will require a national paint number from the customer. A paint chip will be sent to the customer with a letter that the customer will have to sign and send back to H.O.D., Inc
