The Neptune Cadmium Separator is a space saving unit is a 5 gpm continuous flow, automated system engineered to remove Cadmium and other contaminants from wash rack water.

1. When there is water to clean, the system is started automatically by an activation float.
2. The feed pump starts and delivers water to the unit at the correct flow rate.
3. A feed hopper dispenses the appropriate amount of RSA , the mixers turn on to mix the RSA and clean the water.
4. The solids from cleaning are collected in a series of bag filters.
5. The clean water passes through the bag filters into a collection tank ready for re-use or discharge.

The Moonstone Neptune systems are automated flow through designs and a rated in gallons per minute, gpm.

• Fully automated and require little operator involvement to provide good clean water for re-cycling or discharge.
• All Moonstone systems use a specially formulated RSA (Reactive Separating Agent) to remove contaminants from waste streams such as suspended solids, emulsified oils and dissolved metals and encapsulate these contaminants in a non-hazardous solid for easy disposal.
• Recommended for more medium sized shops that might produce 300 to 400 gallons per hour of water to be cleaned.
