Shipping Policy

Shipping to be determined.
You will be contacted with the shipping cost prior to shipping. You will not be charged until approval is received.

To keep shipping costs to a minimum, we will contact both Yellow and Roadway freight to obtain the best LTL price possible. H.O.D., Inc receives discounts from both freight companies and we pass that savings on to our customers.

Trailer-load prices are available upon request.

Please Note:The customer is responsible for off loading the freight, if the customer has a loading dock a pallet jack or fork lift will work just fine. Otherwise a fork lift or lifting device of some type will be required to off load the freight from the rear of the trailer. The driver will not off load the freight. Standard cost includes door-to-door delivery to a commerical address.
